100 år siden massedeportasjon og massedrap på armenere i Det osmanske riket. Den offisielle minnedagen for det armenske folkemordet er 24.april. Betegnelsen folkemord på handlingene er omstridt, men en rekke land betegner hendelsen offisielt som folkemord.
